My name is Christian Hunt and I’m the Founder of Human Risk, a training & consulting firm that helps clients to “bring Behavioural Science to Ethics & Compliance“
I am an experienced keynote speaker, facilitator and blogger. I also host and produce the ‘Human Risk’ and ‘Bringing Science to Compliance’ podcasts and my own video channel.
I have over 25 years of experience in Financial Services, as a Corporate Financier, Regulator and Risk & Compliance Officer.
Most recently, I was Managing Director & Head of Behavioural Science (BeSci) at UBS; a role created specifically for me.
In my previous role as Global Head of Compliance & Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) for UBS Asset Management and UBS EMEA, I recognised the potential that BeSci offered to improve the level and quality of employee engagement with ethics & compliance.
I now deploy my extensive in-house experience of “Bringing Behavioural Science to Ethics & Compliance” to a wider external audience.
I am a former Chief Operating Officer of the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), a subsidiary of the Bank of England which for financial regulation. Prior to assuming that role, I was Head of Department within Supervision at the PRA and its predecessor the FSA, responsible for the supervision of a number of systemically important international banks.
